Shopping is "Risk Free" at WinterKids, WinterWomen, WinterMen. We not only guarantee the products we sell, we also guarantee that every transaction you make on the WinterKids, WinterWomen, WinterMen sites will be safe and secure.

Returns received between Christmas and January 31st may take 1 to 2 weeks to process due to increased volume.

  


FREE Exchanges (within contiguous U.S.)


All exchanged merchandise must be in pristine condition, unworn, and in original packaging with tags still attached. WinterKids, WinterWomen, WinterMen reserves the right to refuse exchanges if the above conditions are not met.

 

WinterKids, WinterWomen, WinterMen also reserves the right to charge up to a 15% restocking fee if items are not in original packaging with all tags attached. Items will not be accepted for exchange after 150 days of the original order date.

 

If you would like to Exchange your merchandise for any reason, please follow the instructions on the Exchange Form located on the back of the order invoice which came in your package.

Print the label, tape it to your package, and drop it off at the nearest UPS location. Use of our UPS shipping label is FREE for exchanges! You may also use any other shipping method of your choice.  However, we cannot pay for shipping or provide reimbursement for lost or damaged packages shipped via any other shipping method.

Your exchange items will be shipped back to you for FREE via the standard shipping method. Free exchange shipping is only offered to customers within the United States.

 

ALASKA, HAWAII & PUERTO RICO
Unfortunately, at this time we are not able to offer pre-paid return labels for shipments from Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. Please ship the items back using any shipping courier of your choice (see address above). However, we will ship your exchange item(s) back to you for free. We apologize for any inconvenience.

 


Easy Returns (within U.S.)


All returned merchandise must be in pristine condition, unworn, and in original packaging with tags still attached.  WinterKids, WinterWomen, WinterMen reserves the right to refuse returned merchandise or charge up to a 15% restocking fee if these conditions are not met. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to process after they are received at our facility. 

 

 - Items returned within 45 Days of the order date for a full refund of the merchandise value to your payment method. 

 

 - Items returned within 46-100 days of the order date incur a 15% restocking fee with the remainder refunded to your payment method. 

 

 - Items returned within 101-150 days of the order date incur a 15% restocking fee and the refund will come as a store credit (valid for 2 years).

 

 - Items will not be accepted for return or exchange after 150 days of the order date.

Use of our UPS shipping label will incur a $9.95 fee which will be deducted from your refund total. *Note: Should you need to return an oversized item (such as skis, snowboards, sleds, etc.) a prepaid UPS return label is available for $24.95.

You may also use any other shipping method of your choice; however, you will be fully responsible for the shipping cost. WinterWomen.com cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages if you choose to use a shipping method other than our UPS return shipping label.

International Exchanges and Returns


International exchanges and returns are subject to the same policies described in the Exchange and Return sections above. To exchange or return your merchandise please follow the instructions below:

 

1. Complete the return/exchange form on the back of the original order invoice you received in your package. Clearly indicate which item(s) you are returning and the reason for return. If you are requesting an exchange please follow the instructions on the Exchange Form located on the back of the order invoice which came in your package. If you do not have your original order invoice Log In here to view and print another copy. If you need a new Exchange/Return Form, please click here to download and print the form.
 

2. The customer is responsible for all international shipping costs. You may ship your merchandise back to WinterKids, WinterWomen, WinterMen using any shipping method you prefer. WinterKids, WinterWomen, WinterMen cannot provide return shipping labels for packages shipping from outside the U.S. and we cannot provide shipping cost reimbursement.


3. You will be asked to fill out a customs form declaring the items in the return package when you bring it to a post office or mailing center to ship.

- Please use HTS Code 9801.00.2500 on the customs paperwork on the outside of the box

- Include "returned product not for resale" in the commodity description field on the customs form on the outside of the box 

- Reference the original UPS tracking number (sent to you by email at the time we originally shipped your order) on the outside of the box. If you do not know this number please email support@WinterKids.com with your order number and we can provide it for you.

 

Failure to include the above information with your shipment may cause delays in customs clearance, and additional customs fees may be assessed. If WinterKids, WinterWomen, WinterMen is billed by a shipping courier for any shipping or customs fees not paid by the customer at the time of shipment, we will charge the customer's credit card for the associated fees.

 

The cost of shipping for any requested exchange items is the customer's responsibility. The cost of exchange shipping is usually less than or equal to the shipping cost on the original order.


Depending on the policies of your country's customs department, you may be charged import duty and VAT (value-added tax) on your exchange shipment. We note on all customs paperwork that the package contains exchange merchandise and any applicable duty and taxes were already paid on your original order; however, it is ultimately up to each country's customs department to determine if the shipment will be subject to duty and taxes again.
