The innovative BOA® Fit System: The BOA Fit System lets you adjust with the turn of a dial while the 1:1 firm flex PowerUp tongue ensures a good custom fit.
Great board feel and performance: Step On strapless connections let you step your shoes onto your snowboard and click instantly so you get onto the snow faster. You get a great board feel for enhanced performance with EST® Vibram Traction Lug soles made with 30% recycled rubber.
Heat-moldable liners: The Imprint 3 heat-moldable liner fits close thanks to an inner lace lock and hooks and loops while the sleeping bag design underfoot traps heat even in very cold conditions. Your feet also stay dryer and warmer thanks to the snow-proof internal gusset that isolates the lower part of the boot.
Excellent performance: Photon boots hug the ankle and have good heel hold thanks to the focus cuff, resulting in a better response. These snowboard boots have reduced footbed shrinkage to minimize toe drag. Burton stands by their snowboarding boots with a one-year warranty.

Binding Style

Step On
Strapless snowboard bindings, are notable for their lack of straps. These systems typically require compatible boots to function properly; for example, Burton’s Step On system needs Step On boots with heel and toe cleats that connect to corresponding hardware on the bindings. Strapless bindings enable quick and easy entry and exit while delivering the same board control and support as traditional strap bindings.

Lacing

Boa
The BOA Fit System has emerged as an industry standard, providing a quick and easy twist-to-tighten feature. It includes a knob (called the Coiler™) positioned on the front or side of the boot, which adjusts the tightness using cables or ropes routed inside the boot shell. To tighten the laces, just twist the knob, and to loosen them, simply pull the coiler out.
